Press add reply, go under where it says "post reply" on the new page, you will see what looks like a picture with a floppy disk beside it and if you hold your mouse over it it will say "Host an Image" . Press it, and upload your picture from where you saved it. Get the link, and press insert image which is next to "Host an Image". Put in the link and insert it.

Or just go get a photobucket and post it using that. It is pretty self explanatory.
